We proudly ship globally, all orders will be shipped dispatched express delivery within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) and all duties & taxes are included and pre-paid in advance by us.

We will do all we can to accommodate your request in a timely manner. 

We currently ship all orders from our office in Milan and any order shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to local duties & taxes in the country of delivery. All duties & taxes are pre-paid upfront in advance by us to guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

We really hope you are satisfied with your order; however, we understand that you may wish to return or exchange your item(s).

If you change your mind, you may return your order to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Please kindly note that our Homeware is made to order and for this reason it is non-refundable unless faulty. Please also note that return delivery costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. 

Items should be returned new, unused, and unmarked with all the original tags intact and in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you contact us beforehand so that we can assist you as shipments from outside of the EU must have the correct paperwork and be clearly marked as a return in order to avoid customs charges.

Failure to do so may result in duties & taxes being levied which will need to be cleared and paid by the sender.

Our customer care team will email you to confirm when your return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 working days.

 *Please note:

  • Refunds may only be issued through the payment system used by the Client for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable & customers are expected to cover these in most circumstances, unless otherwise agreed by us. 
  • This delivery and return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that Morpho + Luna is not able to refund or exchange any monogrammed items.

Unless the item is faulty, no exchange or refund will be offered and the conditions set out above in our delivery & returns will not apply.
